I have created a Viigo account. Why have I not received an email confirming my registration?

If you have not received your Viigo registration email within 15 minutes, check your Spam and/or Junk Mail folder. If it’s not in either of these folders, follow these instructions:

1) Run Viigo.

2) Click Menu > Options > Account.

Verify that your email address is correct. If it not correct, submit a support ticket.

3) Click Menu > Resend Verification Message.
