Viigo is no longer receiving articles. What can I do?

Typically, when articles don’t update there’s an issue with your network connection. The easiest way to reset your network connection is to exit Viigo by selecting Menu > Close. In the majority of the cases, articles will start updating once you’ve restarted Viigo.

However, if your articles do not start updating within 5 minutes of restarting Viigo, you should reboot your device by removing and replacing the battery. Once it’s rebooted, restart Viigo.

If your articles still do not update within 5 minutes, check your network connection. In Viigo, select Menu > Options > Network. The Select Connection Type control should default to AUTO and The Current Connection Type should be set to BIS-B.
