There is a possible issue with Motorola Q devices that are running the 5.0 operating system.
If you have one of these devices and Viigo won't run on it, you will have to upgrade your firmware. Before upgrading remove Viigo and backup your device so that you will not lose your data. If you are not sure how to backup your device check with your service provider.
To find your firmware, search for "Motorola Q firmware" and then locate your service provider.
